Canava History

Canava Cafe's name was originated in 1996 in Atlanta, GA. by Monique Sharp and Seitu Hart.  The name is an acronym for Cultural And Natural Artistic Vibe for All. Canava Cafe's vision is to be a lively home-feel restaurant where patrons can eat healthy vegetarian cuisine and enjoy live poetry,  music and performers. In order for Monique to obtain a restaurant she needed experience and worked at several restaurants, catering and vending in the Atlanta metro area over the past 6-8 years.

Since then, Canava developed into catering, personal chef services, cooking classes and now an e-cookbook. We are looking forward to serving you in our future restaurant located in Atlanta, GA.

Canava Cafe's mission is to nurture the standard of impeccable service, healthy and delicious vegetarian food in an artisic, cultural environment and to be a leader and a vessel for the promotion of healthy living and natural healing for the world.
